Zinc Die Casting Capabilities at a Glance
Review our part sizes, as-cast tolerances, order quantities and sample lead times. Send your drawings to confirm the requirements for your project.
01 / Part size & weight
700 g & approx. Ø350 mm
Our largest completed zinc alloy projects include parts weighing up to 700 g and circular parts approximately 350 mm in diameter. These are project references; suitability depends on your part geometry and drawing review.
02 / As-cast precision
As tight as ±0.02 mm
Achievable on applicable as-cast dimensions, subject to drawing review. We assess your specified dimensions and tolerances to confirm what can be achieved for your part.
03 / Order quantity
No minimum order quantity
Small orders are welcome. A machine setup fee applies to orders below 500 pieces; the applicable fee is included in your quotation.
04 / First samples
Typically 30–35 days
From order placement to first samples, depending on product complexity. Your project-specific schedule will be confirmed during review.
05 / Cosmetic finish
Mirror-like appearance
Near-flawless mirror finishes are achievable for suitable parts. Cosmetic acceptance criteria are agreed against your appearance requirements and approved reference samples.
