Is Boyi a trading company or a manufacturing company?
Boyi is a manufacturer specializing in zinc and aluminum alloy die casting. Established in 2004, we have extensive experience and our own factory and designers. This allows us to offer high adaptability and the ability to produce products exactly according to your requirements.
What can Boyi do?
The factory is equipped with a strong R&D and design team, comprehensive production facilities, and independent workshops for mold manufacturing, die casting production, machining, polishing, and final assembly. We can provide complete services based on customer requirements, including product design, mold design and manufacturing, die casting, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, grinding, polishing, electroplating, painting, epoxy coating, rhinestone setting, and final product assembly and shipment.
How long can Boyi offer a quotation since our RFQ send?
Boyi can offer the initial quotation within two workdays if the information you provide is sufficient.
Can Boyi sign our NDA before we provide program information?
Yes, we sign the NDA with all customers, and we will always keep customers’ information confidential.
How do I request a quote (RFQ) from Boyi?
To expedite the quote to your request, please tell Boyi the details about your project, please include the:
1. 2D & 3D Drawings
2. Your project plan or schedule.
3. Required material & surface finishing.
4. Your estimated project life and annual demand.
If I send you a 3D cad (STEP) file, why do you still need a 2D drawing?
3D CAD files help Boyi understand the part geometry, overall dimensions, structure, and estimated weight. However, they usually do not include tolerances, surface finish requirements, critical dimensions, material notes, or inspection standards. That is why we recommend providing both 3D and 2D drawings for accurate quotation and DFM review.
Can Boyi accept and use tooling transferred from other Zinc aluminum die casting suppliers?
Yes, Boyi can accept and utilize toolings from other aluminum die casting companies. But we need to do physically check on the tooling condition before production.

Boyi has cooperated with clients from the USA, UK, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Mexico, Norway, etc.
