How to Master Delivery Control in Die Casting

1.     Front-End Design Collaboration & Simulation Validation

• Concurrent Engineering Application: During the R&D phase, we initiate process feasibility analysis in parallel with design. By performing mold flow analysis (CAE), we can anticipate potential production risks in advance, reducing design changes after trial runs.

• Rapid Prototype Verification: Utilizing 3D printing technology to produce key part prototypes shortens the design validation cycle, ensuring a design-to-production capability match rate of ≥95%.

2. Information System Support

• Development of a proprietary production scheduling system tailored to the factory’s operations, enabling real-time scheduling adjustments and optimal resource allocation.

3. Deep Supply Chain Collaboration Management

• Supplier Collaboration: Establish a supplier delivery tracking mechanism, and evaluate suppliers through capacity availability assessments and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance scoring, selecting only stable and reliable partners.

• Joint Forecasting Mechanism: Share annual demand plans with the top three suppliers and implement Just-In-Time (JIT) cyclical deliveries to reduce material shortage risks.

4. Stringent Quality Control in Accordance with ISO Standards

• Quality is controlled strictly in compliance with ISO procedures, with rework time contingencies incorporated into production planning. A dynamic buffer coefficient is added to standard lead times based on historical rework rates.
